Customer Feedback

We appreciate all feedback on our fundraising and telemarketing efforts—whether it’s a compliment, query, or complaint. Your input helps us improve. Refund Policy

We are happy to provide a refund for almost any reason, including a change of mind. However, we are unable to offer refunds for donations made in support of our charity clients after the raffle winner has been drawn. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Responsible Gambling

All Insight staff are trained to identify and, if necessary, decline sales to vulnerable individuals or those exhibiting signs of problem gambling. Please review our Responsible Gambling Policy for more details, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Australian Consumer Law

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL), part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, outlines your rights as a consumer. To ensure you can purchase with confidence, we have summarized how we comply with these regulations. Our staff are also trained in ACL requirements and their application in our operations.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and manage your data, as well as your rights regarding its use.

For our raffle sales, we operate under joint privacy policies with our charity partners, which can be found on each raffle website. Our clients also maintain their own privacy policies for their general operations. Please refer to the specific raffle website for its privacy policy and links to the client’s broader privacy policies.

Data Security

Anti-Money Laundering & Identification Policy

As part of our commitment to compliance, we monitor raffle fundraising activities for any suspicious transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We also verify contact information and apply identification processes when onboarding new clients. Please see our AML & Counter Terrorism Policy for further details.

Modern Slavery Prevention

Although Insight is not subject to mandatory reporting under modern slavery laws, we are dedicated to ethical practices. We ask our suppliers to ensure their supply chains are free from exploitative or oppressive working conditions. For more information, please see our Modern Slavery Policy.

Grievance Handling Policy
